If you adore sticky floors and non-pervy balconies exposed to fellow guests, this is your paradise! The spa being booked out was the cherry on top—seriously, could someone not have prioritized my needs? I was almost ready to give a glowing review but just couldn’t ignore the drastically outdated room ambiance.

Dining with scenic views, relaxing leisure facilities, outdoor seating with scenic views
Long wait times for food service!!! Limited television channels in rooms!!! Noise disturbances from events and other guests creating disruption!!! Poor layout of bathrooms needs rethinking!!! Maintenance issues throughout the premises could be addressed!!!

Exactly what I think – no more, no less
A welcoming stay with breathtaking river views from a spacious room was a delight. The breakfast offered generous options, though scrambled eggs could use improvement. Enjoyed the leisure center’s jacuzzi after our walks. Dined at the bar both nights with a great atmosphere. Staff made our experience memorable!

The view from the balcony overlooking the river was stunning, providing a beautiful backdrop during our stay. The suite was spacious, with cozy bedding and impressive amenities that made our time comfortable.
The room decor felt outdated, notably including a TV that appeared straight from the '90s, which didn't match up with the hotel’s four-star rating. With no air conditioning, the room became uncomfortably warm, requiring us to keep the windows open, which led to noise disturbances from outside. I also noticed a lack of some basic bathroom supplies, like soap, which added to the feeling of being unprepared. The bar menu was limited, making it tough to find decent options for a casual evening drink. I found the breakfast choices somewhat underwhelming. there were barely any fresh options worth trying for start to the day.

A charming stay despite hiccups
The hotel had a lovely setting, with a beautiful view of the lake from our balcony. Breakfast was enjoyable with healthy choices and made-to-order coffee service. The staff were particularly friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.
Our room lacked air conditioning and was a bit noisy at night due to external sounds. Despite the comfortable beds, the overall cleanliness had some room for improvement, as we found a few stray items from previous guests.
